Booking terms and conditions

The reservation is valid when the customer has paid the rent. The cabin will be available to you from 16.00 on the day of your arrival until 12.00 on the day of your departure.

The rental includes unrestricted use of the cabin, boat and sauna. Cabins have normal furnishings, tableware, eating and cooking utensils. Firewood and electricity are also covered by the rent. The bedlinen and towels are covered by the rent.

Cancellations

Cancellations should always be made in writing to Ukonloma. The cancellation shall be regarded as being made when the information relevant to cancellation has been received by Ukonloma. The charge for cancellation fees is 100 euros. If the cancellation is made under 60 days before the start of the rental period no refund will be made. The money minus 100 euros will be paid back to customer by Ukonloma if the cancellation is due to the customer's or one of the members of the same family's sudden sickness, accident or death. The above should be proven by reliable means (i.e. doctor's certificate etc.). Cancellation should be informed without delay. Should cancellation occur during the period of rent no refund of money paid by the customer shall be made.

The right of Ukonloma to cancel reservation

In case of any unforeseeable course of events (force majeure) Ukonloma is obliged to inform the customer of the cancellations as soon as possible. In this case the customer has the right to claim back the rent paid to Ukonloma.

Other important notes

The maximum number of people using the cottage must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the description. The use of a tent or caravan on a holiday cottage plot is forbidden without the owner's permission.

If you discover something is missing or the service needs improving, do not hesitate to contact us. Do not allow your holiday to be spoiled due to some fault or problem which your host will be able to put right immediately.

The client is bound to indemnify the owner for any damages to the cottage or the movable property in the cottage.
